"MDF Festival - The Philharmonic Filled with Energy
The MUSIC.DESIGN.FORM Festival, one of Poland's most innovative and experimental cultural festivals, returns for its sixth edition. Concerts, debates, exhibitions, and plenty of energy (not just musical) from September 20 to 24th at the Philharmonic!
From its very inception, the festival has aimed to transcend the boundaries between arts and explore new directions in the development of music, art, and modern technologies. This year, it adopts the theme of ENERGY.

ENERGY will be examined from various perspectives during the five-day festival – from the energy conveyed through music to educational aspects related to ecology and sustainable development. The festival's goal is not only to provide unforgettable artistic experiences but also to educate and encourage reflection on current social challenges.

We kick off the festival with an open expert debate in which the audience can actively participate in a discussion about the impact of the climate crisis on individual and societal behaviours. The SPIRIT OPEN exhibition is an international project in which Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia artists present their works, including drawings, paintings, sculptures, sound installations, and video productions. Viewers will also be able to experience eco-artistic works and constructions created by artificial intelligence. READ MORE
The Szczecin Philharmonic Big Band invites outstanding artists to collaborate in reaching for new, unconventional sounds together. This concert promises to be an energetic evening where the big band will breathe life into songs of various musical styles. TICKETS
The duo HVOB, one of Europe's most exciting electronic bands, will showcase their electronic sounds that have been making waves in the music world since 2012. This event will undoubtedly provide a dose of musical energy. TICKETS
It is a valuable event for the youngest participants of the festival. During this interactive meeting, children will have the opportunity to learn what energy is and where it can be drawn from, including from interactions with other people and art.
